As a Relationship Lead, you’ll be the trusted advisor guiding athlete families through major life transitions—especially those retiring from their sport or entering later career stages. You’ll:

✅ Build Deep Relationships – Be the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and strategies tailored to each family.
✅ Drive Strategic Impact – Translate complex planning into actionable steps across investments, tax, estate design, and more.
✅ Collaborate Like a Pro – Partner closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, coordinated advice.
✅ Own the Process – Leverage systems and workflows to ensure operational excellence and unforgettable client experiences.

Job Details

3+ years of experience (preferably with an RIA or wealth management firm)

CFP® designation

Proven track record of leading client relationships or supporting senior advisors

A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Based in (or open to relocating to) Phoenix or Los Angeles
